1. Introduction & Acceptance

Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

cw999 does not knowingly permit registration or use by persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. cw999 accepts no liability for any breach of local law arising from your use of the Platform.

4. Account Responsibilities

4.1 Security of Credentials

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. cw999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

4.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cw999 support immediately at [email protected]. cw999 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the Account pending verification.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

cw999 operates a mandatory KYC process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address; and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. cw999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cw999 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.

5.2 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmed receipt. Card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your Account Balance depending on the issuing institution's processing schedule.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the cw999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where a payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate is determined by the payment provider and cw999 is not responsible for any resulting conversion fees or rate differences.

5.4 No Third-Party Deposits

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members, friends, or business entities — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit may be reversed, and the associated Account suspended.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to cw999 are processed within 30 minutes for local mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating conditions. Card and bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional KYC verification is required.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per request. cw999 reserves the right to adjust this threshold and will publish any changes on the Platform in advance.

6.3 Withdrawal to Original Method

All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the original deposited amount. Profits exceeding the deposited amount may be withdrawn via any payment method registered to your Account and verified under KYC.

6.4 Withholding of Withdrawals

cw999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or abusive activity; (c) active Bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled; or (d) the Account is under investigation for a potential breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by cw999 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom cannot be transferred to your withdrawable Balance.

7.3 One Bonus Per Player

Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once using multiple Accounts constitutes fraud and will result in the forfeiture of all funds and permanent Account closure.

7.4 Abuse of Promotions

cw999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus where there is evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; collusion with other players; use of automated software; or any pattern of play that cw999 reasonably determines to be exploitative.

8. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

8.1 Random Number Generation

8.2 Malfunction Policy

• Opening or operating more than one Account.
